1. Scope of Engagement
- Role Assignment: Roles (Backstage, Stage Management, Guest Relations, etc.) will be assigned based on event needs. The Organizers reserve the right to reassign roles at any time.
- Voluntary Nature: Unless explicitly stated in writing, all positions are voluntary. Participation does not constitute an employer-employee relationship.
2. Core Responsibilities
Volunteers and Crew are expected to assist in the following areas as directed:
- Backstage & Models: Managing lineups, assisting with garment changes, and coordinating with HMU (Hair & Makeup) artists.
- Designer Support: Ensuring the security and proper handling of designer garments and accessories.
- Show Flow: Assisting the Choreographer and Stage Manager with timing and runway transitions.
- Guest Experience: Managing registrations, seating, and crowd flow with a polite and professional demeanor.
3. Professional Conduct & Ethics
- Punctuality: Timely arrival for rehearsals and the main event is mandatory. Late arrival may result in immediate dismissal.
- Professionalism: Interaction with models, designers, and guests must remain professional. Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal from the venue.
- Sobriety: Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances during duty hours is strictly prohibited.
4. Confidentiality & Media Policy
- Non-Disclosure: All show sequences, garment designs, and backstage logistics are confidential until the show begins.
- Mobile Phone Usage: The use of mobile phones for personal photography or social media updates backstage is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the Media Lead.
- Brand Representation: Do not speak to the press or media on behalf of Mahashankh Fashion without prior written consent.
5. Safety, Liability, and Insurance
- Assumption of Risk: Participation in the Event is at the individual’s own risk.
- Liability: Mahashankh Fashion and its organizers are not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss/damage of personal property during the event.
- Safety Compliance: Crew must adhere to all fire safety and venue-specific protocols.
6. Dress Code & Identification
- Uniform: Volunteers must adhere to the prescribed dress code (e.g., All Black) to maintain a professional look.
- Identification: Official ID badges must be visible at all times to access restricted backstage areas.
7. Certification & Benefits
- Recognition: Certificates of Participation or Experience Letters will be issued only upon the successful completion of all assigned duties.
- Discretion: The issuance of certificates or any promised stipends is at the sole discretion of the Organizers based on performance.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By reporting for duty on March 01, 2026, the Volunteer/Crew member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
