- Invitation Only: Attendance is strictly by prior confirmation and formal accreditation. No walk-in media requests will be entertained.
- Credentials: Entry is contingent upon the presentation of valid press credentials alongside an official event pass. Access is non-transferable.
- Right of Refusal: The Organizer reserves the right to deny or revoke accreditation at its sole discretion.
2. Scope of Coverage
- Editorial Purpose: Coverage is permitted exclusively for editorial, news reporting, and promotional purposes directly related to the event, its featured designers, and partners.
- Prohibited Use: Use of captured content for independent commercial ventures, third-party stock photography, or unauthorized brand endorsements is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
- Media Rights: Media representatives retain the right to use captured photographs and footage for their respective publications, provided the Organizer and Designers are appropriately credited.
- Organizer Rights: By attending, the Media grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use any content captured by the Media during the event for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
- Mandatory Tagging: All digital/social media coverage must include the official event hashtags and handle tags as specified in the Media Kit.
4. Coverage Restrictions
- Live Streaming: Real-time broadcasting or live streaming of the runway show is prohibited without prior written consent.
- Restricted Areas: Access to backstage, hair and makeup stations, and VIP lounges is strictly prohibited unless escorted by an authorized PR representative.
- Privacy: Recording of rehearsals, technical fittings, or private production discussions is strictly forbidden.
5. Professional Conduct and Ethics
- Brand Integrity: Media must ensure a respectful and accurate representation of designers, models, and sponsors. Any content deemed defamatory or misleading may result in immediate legal recourse.
- Dress Code: To maintain the event’s aesthetic, media personnel are required to adhere to the prescribed dress code: [e.g., All Black / Formal / Business Casual].
- On-Site Conduct: Disruptive behavior or interference with the guest experience, production crew, or security will result in immediate removal from the venue.

- The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the cancellation, rescheduling, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government mandates, or technical failures).
8. Legal Jurisdiction
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur Rajasthan.
