Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

Role Assignment: Team Members shall perform duties assigned by the Organizers or Event Director. Roles are subject to change based on the operational requirements of the show.
Adherence to Schedule: Strict compliance with the Event timeline, including rehearsals, briefings, and show-day call times, is mandatory.

Behavioral Standards: Respectful and professional communication is required at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward models, designers, or guests will result in immediate dismissal.
Sobriety Policy: Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or prohibited substances while on duty is strictly forbidden and will lead to instant termination.
Conflict of Interest: Team members must not engage in promotional activities for competing fashion events during their engagement with Mahashankh Fashion.

Call Times: Team Members must report to the venue at the exact “Call Time” provided.
Absences: Any emergency absence must be reported to the Organizers at least 24 hours in advance. Unexcused absence may lead to the forfeiture of certificates or agreed compensation.

Backstage Privacy: To protect the designers’ collections and the models’ privacy, unauthorized photography or videography in the backstage/green room area is strictly prohibited.
Information Security: Internal communications, show sequences, and financial details are confidential and must not be shared with third parties or on public platforms without written consent.
Social Media: Team members are encouraged to post positive content; however, negative or misleading statements regarding the Event or its Organizers are a breach of contract.

Uniformity: Team Members must adhere to the official dress code (e.g., formal blacks) to maintain the brand’s aesthetic.
Visibility: Assigned ID badges/passes must be worn and visible at all times to ensure security clearance across different zones.

Property Care: Team Members are responsible for the safe handling of all Event equipment (walkie-talkies, scanners, etc.). Damage caused by gross negligence will be the financial responsibility of the Team Member.
Risk Assumption: Participation is at the Team Member’s own risk. The Organizers are not liable for personal injury or loss of personal belongings at the venue.

Remuneration: Any stipend or fee is payable only upon the successful and full completion of assigned duties.
Certification: Participation certificates or letters of recommendation are issued at the sole discretion of the Organizers based on performance and discipline.

The Organizers reserve the right to terminate a Team Member’s participation immediately for breach of any clause mentioned above. In such cases, no compensation or certification shall be provided.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All legal matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

By reporting for duty or signing this document, the Team Member confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
