Return & Refund Policy – Mahashankh Fashion Show
At Mahashankh Fashion Show, extensive planning, logistics, and professional arrangements are involved in organizing each event. Hence, we request all participants to carefully review this policy before completing registration.
1. No Return & No Refund Policy (Standard Rule)
- All registrations for the Mahashankh Fashion Show are final and non-refundable.
- Once the registration fee is paid successfully and registration is confirmed, no cancellation, return, or refund will be entertained under normal circumstances.
- This policy applies to all categories, including but not limited to:
- Designers
- Models
- Audience
- VIP Guests
- Sponsors
- Media
- Choreographers
- Influencers
- Any other category of participant
2. Refund Only in Case of Event Cancellation by Mahashankh
A refund will be considered only if the Mahashankh Fashion Show is officially cancelled by the organizers.
- Refund processing will begin after 15 days from the official cancellation announcement.
- Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method or payment gateway.
- GST and applicable taxes are non-refundable. The refund amount will be calculated excluding GST/tax components.
3. Organizer-Initiated Seat Cancellation or Capacity Limitation
A refund may be approved only if:
- Mahashankh Fashion Show cancels a participant’s seat from the organizer’s side, or
- The event has reached full capacity for any category (Designer, Model, Audience, VIP, Sponsor, Media, Influencer, etc.), making it impossible to accommodate the participant.
In such cases:
- Refunds will be processed excluding GST and applicable taxes.
- Approval is subject to internal verification.
- The decision of Mahashankh Fashion Show Management shall be final and binding.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days from the date of event cancellation.
- If, due to technical, banking, or operational issues, the refund cannot be completed within this period, the refund will be processed after the completion of the event.
- Mahashankh Fashion Show is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
5. Non-Transferable & Non-Adjustable
- Registration fees are non-transferable to any other individual or event.
- Fees cannot be adjusted against future Mahashankh events, services, or offerings.
6. Final Authority
- All refund and cancellation decisions lie solely with Mahashankh Fashion Show Management.
- By completing the registration and payment, participants acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
