Payment Disclaimer – Mahashankh Fashion Show

By proceeding with the payment and completing your registration for the Mahashankh Fashion Show, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms:

All registration fees paid towards participation, attendance, sponsorship, or association with the Mahashankh Fashion Show are final and non-refundable under normal circumstances. Once the payment is successfully completed and the registration is confirmed, no cancellation, return, or refund shall be permitted.

Refunds will be considered only in the event of official cancellation of the fashion show by Mahashankh Fashion Show Management or if a participant’s seat is cancelled by the organizers due to capacity limitations or internal operational reasons. In such cases, refunds—if approved—will be processed after a minimum period of 15 days from the official cancellation announcement.

Any refund issued shall be processed strictly through the original payment method or payment gateway used during registration. GST and all applicable taxes are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. No cash refunds, adjustments, transfers, or credits toward future events or services will be allowed.

If, due to banking, payment gateway, or technical reasons, the approved refund cannot be processed within the stated timeframe, the refund will be completed after the conclusion of the event. Mahashankh Fashion Show shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
