This Fashion Show (“Event”) is conducted by Mahashankh Fashion, Patna Bihar, India.
All participating Models (“Model / Participant”) must read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions before participating in the Event.
MODEL PERFORMANCE PRIZE & JUDGING POLICY (TOP PERFORMANCE MODELS)
- Top Performance Model Awards will be presented during the Event.
- 🏆 Exciting Cash Prizes
- The winners will be decided jointly by the Judges and the Public/Audience.
- The Organizing Team or Management will not decide or influence the prize results.
- Evaluation will be based on runway walk, confidence, expressions, stage presence, professionalism, and audience response.
- The combined decision of the Judges and the Public/Audience shall be final and binding.
- Any attempt to influence judges, manipulate voting, or engage in unfair practices will lead to immediate disqualification.
1. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION
1.1 Participation is open to selected models only.
1.2 All details provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
1.3 The Organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any model without assigning any reason.
1.4 Any registration or participation fee, if applicable, is non-refundable.
2. MODEL DATA & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Models must meet the physical standards specified by the Organizers.
2.2 Weight: 45 kg to 59 kg
2.3 Waist: 55 cm (22 inches) to 66 cm (26 inches)
2.4 Chest / Bust: 81 cm (32 inches) to 88 cm (35 inches)
2.5 Hips: 83 cm (33 inches) to 88 cm (35 inches)
2.6 Accepted Body Types: Slim, Bold, Curve and others types.

4. EVENT DATE & ATTENDANCE
3.1 The Event will be held on 19th July 2026.
3.2 Models must be available for all rehearsals, fittings, and the final show as scheduled.
3.3 Late reporting, absence, or non-cooperation may result in removal .
5. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
4.1 Models must maintain discipline, professionalism, and respectful behavior at all times.
4.2 Misconduct, use of alcohol or drugs, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
4.3 Instructions from Organizers, Designers, Choreographers, and Staff must be followed strictly.
6. APPEARANCE & GROOMING
5.1 Models must maintain the agreed physical appearance until the Event date.
5.2 Any major change in hairstyle, weight, or appearance must be informed in advance.
5.3 All decisions regarding styling, costumes, makeup, and choreography shall be final.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY & MEDIA RIGHTS
6.1 Models grant full consent to Mahashankh Fashion to photograph and video record the Event.
6.2 Photos and videos may be used for promotion, marketing, advertisements, social media, websites, and future events.
6.3 No additional payment, royalty, or permission shall be required for such usage.
8. FOOD & WATER
The Organizers will provide hygienic, quality food and safe drinking water to ensure the comfort, health, and well-being of all participating models.
9. FEES & PAYMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)
8.1 Any registration or participation fee is strictly non-refundable.
8.2 Prize money or awards will be distributed as per the Judges and Public/Audience decision.
8.3 No claims shall be entertained regarding selection, results, or rewards.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
9.1 Models shall not share backstage content, show concepts, or internal information without prior approval.
9.2 Unauthorized social media posting before the Event is strictly prohibited.
11. HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY
10.1 Models confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to participate.
10.2 The Organizers shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or personal damage during the Event.
10.3 Participation is entirely at the Model’s own risk.
12. DISQUALIFICATION & TERMINATION
11.1 The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify or remove any model for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
11.2 In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided.
13. CODE OF ETHICS & PUBLIC CONDUCT
12.1 Models must respect fellow participants, staff, and organizers at all times.
12.2 Negative, defamatory, or misleading statements against the Event or Organizers are prohibited.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Patna, Bihar.
15. ACCEPTANCE
Participation in the Event on 19th July 2026 confirms full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated above.
