By proceeding with the payment for Mahashankh Fashion Show registration, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Registration & Payment
- All participants (Models / Designers / Singers / Brands / Influencers / Audience) must complete the registration payment through the official Mahashankh payment gateway.
- Registration is considered valid only after successful payment confirmation.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
- All registration and participation fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued for non-selection, absence, disqualification, or personal inability to attend the event.
3. Selection Disclaimer
- Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee final selection or runway participation.
- Final selection is solely at the discretion of Mahashankh Fashion Show jury, designers, and organizers.
4. Secure Payment
- Payments are processed via a secure and encrypted payment gateway.
- Mahashankh is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, networks, or third-party payment service providers.
5. Event Changes
- Mahashankh Fashion reserves the right to modify event dates, venue, schedule, format, or lineup due to operational, legal, or unavoidable circumstances.
- Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
6. Disqualification Rights
- Mahashankh Fashion reserves the right to reject or disqualify any participant providing false information, violating event rules, or behaving unprofessionally—without refund.
7. Media & Promotion Rights
- By completing payment, participants grant Mahashankh Fashion the right to use their photos, videos, name, and performances for marketing, promotions, social media, and future branding—without additional compensation.
8. Communication Consent
- Participants agree to receive official communications via WhatsApp, email, phone, or social media related to the event.
9. Liability Limitation
- Mahashankh Fashion is not responsible for personal belongings, injuries, travel issues, or accommodation arrangements unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
