These Terms & Conditions apply to all videographers, photographers, cinematographers, and media personnel (“Media Personnel”) engaged for the Event.
1. Scope of Work
1.1 Media Personnel shall capture photographs and videos strictly as per the Event brief, schedule, and creative direction provided by the Organizers.
1.2 Coverage may include runway shows, backstage moments (only with permission), stage performances, crowd shots, and promotional content.
2. Authorization & Access
2.1 Media Personnel shall be granted access only to designated areas of the venue.
2.2 Backstage coverage is allowed only with prior written or verbal approval from the Organizers or Event Director.
2.3 Media Personnel must wear official ID badges at all times during the Event.
3. Professional Conduct
3.1 Media Personnel must maintain respectful and professional behavior toward models, designers, artists, guests, and crew members.
3.2 Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or invasion of privacy will lead to immediate removal from the Event.
4. Consent & Privacy
4.1 Media Personnel shall not record or publish close-up, private, or sensitive footage of any model, artist, or guest without consent.
4.2 Changing rooms, makeup areas, and private zones are strictly prohibited for photography or videography unless explicitly authorized.
5. Content Usage & Ownership
5.1 All raw and edited content captured during the Event shall be the exclusive property of Mahashankh Fashion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Media Personnel may not sell, license, transfer, or upload Event content to stock platforms or third-party channels without written permission.
6. Social Media & Public Sharing
6.1 Posting Event-related content on personal or professional social media pages is permitted only after approval from the Organizers.
6.2 No negative, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content shall be posted.
6.3 Content must not harm the image, dignity, or reputation of any individual or the Event.
7. Editing & Misrepresentation
7.1 Media Personnel shall not edit content in a manner that misrepresents, distorts, or negatively portrays any model, artist, brand, or Organizer.
7.2 Objectionable, offensive, or misleading editing is strictly prohibited.
8. Equipment & Technical Responsibility
8.1 Media Personnel shall bring and manage their own cameras, lighting, audio, batteries, and accessories.
8.2 The Organizers shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal equipment.
9. Delivery Timeline
9.1 Edited photos and videos must be delivered within the agreed timeline.
9.2 Delay without valid reason may result in reduced payment or termination of agreement.
10. Payment Terms (If Applicable)
10.1 Compensation, if any, shall be as per prior written agreement.
10.2 No additional claims shall be entertained beyond the agreed amount.
11. Liability & Indemnity
11.1 Media Personnel shall be responsible for any legal claims arising from unauthorized recording, misuse of content, or privacy violations.
11.2 Mahashankh Fashion shall not be liable for personal injury or equipment loss unless caused by gross negligence.
12. Termination
12.1 The Organizers reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these Terms & Conditions without compensation.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Acceptance
By participating in the Event, the Media Personnel confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
