This fashion show (“Event”) is organized by MAHASHANKH FASHION, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India,
By participating as an Influencer / Content Creator agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Scope of Content Creation
1.1 The Creator is permitted to create photos and videos related to the Event strictly for promotional and informational purposes.
1.2 Content may include venue visuals, runway moments, designer showcases, and general event atmosphere, subject to permissions stated below.
2. Consent & Privacy
2.1 The Creator shall not record, photograph, or publish any individual (model, designer, guest, staff, or audience member) without their clear consent.
2.2 No close-up, interview, or personal video of any girl or boy shall be made without prior permission.
2.3 Any request to stop recording by an individual must be respected immediately.
3. Content Integrity & Ethics
3.1 The Creator shall not create, edit, or publish any misleading, defamatory, vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate content involving any participant.
3.2 The Creator shall not misrepresent any individual, gender, or role in a negative or false manner.
3.3 Any content that may harm the dignity, reputation, or privacy of any person is strictly prohibited.
4. Representation of the Event
4.1 The Creator agrees to represent the Event, MAHASHANKH FASHION, and the Organizers truthfully and positively.
4.2 The Creator shall not publish any false, negative, misleading, or damaging information about the fashion show.
4.3 Only positive, respectful, and factual information regarding the Event may be shared.
5. Approval & Restrictions
5.1 The Organizers reserve the right to review or request removal of any content that violates these Terms.
5.2 The Creator must comply immediately with any takedown or modification request from the Organizers.
6. Social Media Conduct
6.1 Content shared on social media must maintain professional language and tone.
6.2 Hashtags, tags, or credits (if provided by Organizers) must be used appropriately.
6.3 Live streaming may be restricted and requires prior approval.
7. Professional Conduct
8.1 The Creator must maintain respectful behavior with models, designers, staff, and audience members.
8.2 Any harassment, argument, or unprofessional behavior may result in immediate removal from the Event.
8. Liability & Indemnity
9.1 The Creator shall be solely responsible for the content published on their platforms.
9.2 The Organizers shall not be liable for any legal claims arising from content created or shared by the Creator.
9.3 The Creator agrees to indemnify the Organizers against any claims arising due to violation of these Terms.
9. Acceptance
By participating as an Influencer / Content Creator at the Event on 22/03/2026, the Creator confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
