By accepting the assignment, the Choreographer (“Service Provider”) agrees to the following:
1. Scope of Work
1.1 The Choreographer shall design and execute runway choreography for models and designers and public as per the show theme.
1.2 Responsibilities include training models, conducting coordinating final walks.
1.3 The Choreographer must be present for the main Event on 01/03/2026.
2. Creative Control
2.1 The choreography shall align with the Event concept and designer requirements.
2.2 Final creative decisions shall rest with the Organizers.
2.3 Any changes requested by Organizers must be implemented without objection.
3. Professional Conduct
3.1 The Choreographer must maintain discipline and respectful communication with models and designer and staff.
3.2 Harsh behavior, discrimination, or unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated.
4. Intellectual Property
5.1 Choreography created for the Event may be recorded and used by MAHASHANKH FASHION for promotional purposes.
5.2 No additional claims or royalties shall arise from such usage.
5. Payment
6.1 Fees shall be mutually agreed before commencement of work.
6.2 Payment will be released after successful completion of services.
6. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India, jurisdiction Jaipur, Rajasthan.
