This fashion show (“Event”) is organized by MAHASHANKH FASHION, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India),
By accepting the assignment, the Makeup Artist (“Artist”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Scope of Work
1.1 The Artist shall provide professional makeup services for models participating in the Event.
1.2 Services may include makeup, basic hairstyling (if agreed), touch-ups, and backstage support.
1.3 The number of models, makeup looks, and timelines will be communicated in advance.
2. Professional Standards
2.1 The Artist must maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and conduct.
2.2 All makeup products and tools used must be clean, sanitized, and suitable for professional use.
2.3 The Artist shall comply with instructions given by Organizers, designers, and show coordinators.
3. Reporting Time & Availability
3.1 The Artist must report at the venue as per the scheduled call time.
3.2 Full availability is required for rehearsals, fittings, and the main show day on 22/03/2026.
3.3 Delay or early departure without approval may result in penalty.
4. Products, Equipment & Responsibility
4.1 The Artist shall arrange their own professional makeup products, tools, brushes, and kits.
4.2 The Artist is responsible for any allergic reactions caused due to products used.
4.3 Use of expired, low-quality, or unapproved products is strictly prohibited.
5. Look & Styling Guidelines
5.1 Makeup looks will be decided in coordination with the Organizers and Designers.
5.2 Final decisions regarding makeup style shall be at the discretion of the Organizers.
5.3 The Artist must ensure consistency of looks across models as per the show theme.
6. Health, Safety & Hygiene
6.1 The Artist must follow all hygiene and safety protocols.
6.2 Disposable applicators must be used wherever required.
6.3 Any model with skin sensitivity must be handled with extra care.
7. Photography, Videography & Credits
7.1 The Event will be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.
7.2 The Artist grants permission to use images/videos featuring their work for Event promotion.
7.3 Credit may be given at the discretion of the Organizers.
8. Compensation & Payment
8.1 Fees shall be mutually agreed in writing prior to the Event.
8.2 Payment will be made after successful completion of services.
8.3 No additional charges will be entertained unless approved in advance.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 The Artist shall maintain confidentiality regarding show concepts, backstage activities, and participants.
9.2 No behind-the-scenes content may be shared on social media without written permission.
10. Conduct & Discipline
10.1 Professional behavior is mandatory at all times.
10.2 Any misconduct, argument, or unprofessional act may result in immediate removal.
11. Termination
11.1 The Organizers reserve the right to terminate the assignment for breach of these Terms.
11.2 No payment shall be due in case of termination due to misconduct or non-performance.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
13. Acceptance
By accepting the assignment for the Event on 22/03/2026, the Makeup Artist confirms agreement to all the above Terms & Conditions.
