This fashion show (“Event”) is organized by MAHASHANKH FASHION, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, all attendees (“Audience / Visitor”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. TICKET PRICES & ENTRY DETAILS
1.1 Entry to the Event is permitted only with a valid ticket or authorized pass.
1.2 Ticket categories and prices are as follows:
- General Entry Ticket: ₹299
- VIP Ticket: ₹1,499
- VVIP Ticket: ₹5,999
1.3 Each ticket is valid only for the Event scheduled on 22 March 2026.
1.4 Tickets once sold are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
1.5 Entry access, seating arrangement, and privileges depend strictly on the purchased ticket category.
1.6 Lost, damaged, duplicated, or tampered tickets will lead to denial of entry without refund.
1.7 The Organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any individual without assigning any reason.
2. EVENT DATE & TIMING
2.1 The Event will be held on 19/07/2026.
2.2 Entry gates may close before the show begins; late entry may not be allowed.
2.3 Event schedule and timings are subject to change without prior notice.
3. SECURITY & SCREENING
3.1 All attendees are subject to mandatory security checks.
3.2 Prohibited items include weapons, sharp objects, alcohol, drugs, fire hazards, and illegal substances.
3.3 Failure to comply with security protocols may result in denial of entry.
4. CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR
4.1 Attendees must maintain respectful and disciplined behavior at all times.
4.2 Misconduct, harassment, intoxication, or disturbance of any kind is strictly prohibited.
4.3 The Organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee violating these rules.
5. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT
5.1 Official photography and videography will be conducted during the Event.
5.2 By entering the venue, attendees grant consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional and media purposes.
5.3 Personal photography or recording may be restricted inside the venue.
6. SEATING & VENUE RULES
6.1 Seating is allotted as per ticket category and availability.
6.2 Standing near the runway, stage, or restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
6.3 Attendees must remain within designated areas.
7. HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY
7.1 Entry into the venue is at the attendee’s own risk.
7.2 The Organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings.
7.3 All safety instructions issued by venue staff must be followed strictly.
8. CHILDREN & MINORS
8.1 Entry of minors is subject to venue rules.
8.2 Parents or guardians are fully responsible for minors at all times.
9. EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATION
9.1 The Organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances.
9.2 Ticket refunds, if any, will be solely at the discretion of the Organizers.
10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
10.1 Smoking, alcohol consumption, vandalism, and littering are strictly prohibited.
10.2 Any damage caused to venue property will be recovered from the responsible individual.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
The Organizers shall not be liable for delays or cancellation due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond control.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
13. ACCEPTANCE
Entry into the venue confirms that the attendee has read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
