This Fashion Show (“Event”) is organized by MAHASHANKH FASHION, P & M Mall Patna Bihar
By registering for or participating in the Event, the Designer (“Designer / Participant”) agrees to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:
Completing the DESIGNER REGISTRATION early is recommended for all designers intending to participate.
All participants must complete the DESIGNER REGISTRATION process to be eligible for prizes.
All participants must complete the DESIGNER REGISTRATION process to ensure a smooth experience and maximize their chances for success. The DESIGNER REGISTRATION process is crucial for eligibility in future events.
We encourage all designers to ensure their DESIGNER REGISTRATION is accurate to avoid any issues.
The DESIGNER REGISTRATION must be completed before the deadline for submissions.

*3. DESIGNER OUTFIT ALLOCATION
TERMS, CONDITIONS & POLICY*
2.1 Purpose
This policy defines the allocation of designer outfits, the number of persons permitted under each package, and the applicable charges.
2.2 Outfit Allocation Packages

| 21 Outfits | 7 Persons | ₹14,700 |
Strict Allocation Rule:
The number of persons allowed is strictly limited to the selected outfit package. No additional persons will be permitted beyond the allotted limit.
The DESIGNER REGISTRATION is a vital step for all interested participants in this event.
4. ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
3.1 Participation is open to selected designers only.
3.2 Designers must ensure that all designs presented are original or legally owned by them.
To participate, all designers must adhere to the DESIGNER REGISTRATION requirements outlined here.
Ensure your DESIGNER REGISTRATION is confirmed to avoid missing out on this opportunity.
All designers are required to go through the DESIGNER REGISTRATION to secure their place.
Timely completion of your DESIGNER REGISTRATION will enhance your chances in the competition.
Failure to complete the DESIGNER REGISTRATION may lead to disqualification from the event.
5. EVENT DATE & AVAILABILITY
4.1 The Event will be held on Patna ,Bihar
4.2 Designers must be available for fittings, rehearsals, coordination meetings, and final show schedules.
4.3 Late submission of garments or non-availability may result in exclusion from the show without any refund.
6. COLLECTION SUBMISSION & QUALITY
5.1 Designers must submit their collections as per the theme, quantity, and guidelines shared by the Organizers.
5.2 All garments must be clean, finished, wearable, and show-ready.
7. STYLING, CHOREOGRAPHY & SHOW DECISIONS
6.1 Final decisions regarding model allocation, walk order, choreography, music, and styling shall rest with the Organizers.
6.2 Designer inputs may be considered; however, the Organizer’s decision will be final for show execution.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
7.1 Designers retain full ownership of their designs.
7.2 Designers grant MAHASHANKH FASHION the right to photograph, video record, and use the designs for marketing, promotion, publicity, and archival purposes.
7.3 No royalty, payment, or claim shall arise from such usage.
It is essential to complete your DESIGNER REGISTRATION to participate in future events.
9. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY & MEDIA
8.1 Official media coverage arranged by the Organizers shall be considered final.
8.2 Designers may use official photos and videos for self-promotion with proper credit to MAHASHANKH FASHION.
8.3 Unauthorized backstage or rehearsal recordings are strictly prohibited.
10. FEES, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
9.1 Participation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
9.2 The Organizers are not responsible for sponsorships, endorsements, or commitments made by third parties.
11. GARMENT RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
10.1 Designers are solely responsible for the safety, fitting, and handling of their garments.
10.2 The Organizers shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or minor damage unless caused by gross negligence.
10.3 Designers are advised to insure high-value garments at their own cost.
12. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
11.1 Designers must maintain professional and respectful behavior with organizers, models, judges, and staff.
11.2 Any misconduct, misbehavior, or disruption may result in immediate removal from the Event.
13. CONFIDENTIALITY
12.1 Designers shall not disclose internal show details, choreography, or other designers’ collections.
12.2 Any unauthorized social media leak before the Event is strictly prohibited.
14. DISQUALIFICATION & TERMINATION
13.1 The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify or remove any Designer for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
13.2 No refund, compensation, or claim shall be entertained in such cases.
15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
16. ACCEPTANCE
Participation in the Event on 19th July 2026 confirms full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated above.
